As a joint initiative between Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and 15 research-the-oriented universities in Taiwan, the Center for Global Affairs and Science Engagement (GASE) plays a critical role in facilitating global partnerships and collaboration among key stakeholders across research institutions worldwide. I am happy to announce the First Issue of our English-language Newsletter, a monthly e-journal published by GASE.

We are committed to research and innovation that drive the economy, address societal and global challenges, and enhance the wellbeing, security, and peace of humankind. Working with universities in Taiwan and our international alliances across the world, we continue to thrive and position ourselves into the future.
